Hey all! I know what you are thinking...where in there world have I been??? I havenīt had much luck lately when it comes to uploading pics. I kept thinking Iīll update my blog then...then I got a virus on my flashdrive and that sent me into a panic to burn a CD of all the pictures Iīve taken since I got to Paraguay. A definite must...even in Paraguay I need to think about all the times I was up in the middle of the night writing grad school papers and panicking about losing documents which Ginny somehow magically always seemed to retrieve with a swift click of a button. Thank goodness for computer literate people...I consider myself only semi-literate at the moment!
Hereīs what Iīve been doing...
1. Praying for rain...and we finally got it! Yesterday and today for the first time in 5 months and boy did we need it. Unfortunately it cancelled all the work I had planned for these 2 days but where else do they cancel school on account of rain.
2. Teaching nutrition lessons in the schools!
3. Giving workshops to plan a community project in my neighborhood. Wow that was a hard sentence to write without any spanish words. They want to work on getting a new building and putting in all the luxuries like a roof that doesnīt leak, windows, and a fan so we donīt bake in that oven when the temperature inside my house in the shade says 100 degrees. I am so scared for summer!
4. Teaching English classes on the weekends to a great group of youth.
5. Hanging out with other volunteers in Concepcion.
6. Anxiously waiting to see the latest pictures of my nephew.
7. Missing YOU! Yes YOU!
K Iīm really going to get better about updating this blog! This past month has been crazy! Would love to hear from you guys!

'Bout time!
Just have to give you a rough time about waiting so long to post! Just this past Sunday, I was at Ginny's; and she and I were wondering when you were going to let us know what is going on! This is one of the better blogs. We want to 'live' the experience through you as we may never get a chance to live in another country.
Keep the news coming, even what you think may be tedious, everyday things. Every word you write means a lot to us.
Miss you.
