I survived my rat race field trip in Asuncion last week. We had to go visit places and find our way through the lovely bus system. That was an experience...we ended up at the PC office where they have A.C....I know...I can hardly believe it myself. They also have FREE internet...which I am not using at the moment. We have Monday off so our Educ. group is going into Asuncion to shop, go the PC office, and go see a movie. We are pretty psyched.
I also made it through my Volunteer visit sola nonetheless on the buses! I stayed for 4 days and she had a modern bathroom with a shower inside the house. We made pizza and banana bread. The break from classes was nice too. It felt like a vacation and I got to meet some teachers she works with and see what the real life PC is after training life.

Some changes here!
Wow. Sounds very international! The children ask if you got their email. Don't know if you know that a permanent person has been found so I am being replaced. The children don't know it yet. Hope you are doing well and learning lots!
