We,re still in La Coruna,& enjoying the place.
Couple of days ago decided to go to Santiago by train. It,s in the mountains inlandso lots of tunnels to go through. The city is a World Heritage site & you can see why.It dates back to medieval times. An amazing cathedral in one of many surrounding squares & narrow cobbled streets. The architecture & decoration is stunning.Hope you like the photos!
We have had another couple of coincidences since being here.Met a couple on an Irish boat who invited us over for a drink. They know Tarbert & the Columba well.Francis is a friend of Totie in the village & has been to 10 Sailing Series. She was with 2 of our favourite crews--Syllabub & Scooby Doo!!
We then had a chap come over to say he,s good friends with the previous owner of Tiercel & had just left him in Plymouth. He,d sailed on Tiercel a few times!!
The Sailing fraternity is certainly a small one!!
