Tried, unsuccessfully to flag down a bus to Junin so had to stomp all the way back to the bus station.  Should have taken that as a sign.  Caught a few glimpses of the amazing volcano Lanin from the bus but that was about the highlight of the day.  Campsite lady was very unfriendly and the place was like a ghost town.  With only three buses a week out to the start of any treks near the volcano (and none for three days) we decided to call it a day and return to San Martin.  Oh well...
