Arrived in Angastura at lunch time and spent most of the rest of the day trying to find a campsite.  There was one on the map that looked perfect - beside the lake and close to the peninsula but things are never as simple in reality are they?  The campsite was blooming miles away, had hardly any facilities and no security (paranoid now) and was way overpriced.  Walked forever to get back to the bus station to find a very nice campsite only a few minutes away.  Still overpriced - we had a room with satellite tv in Buenos Aires for less!  Stayed long enough to walk out along the beautiful peninsula and the light rain meant we had the place to ourselves.  Saw a few gorgeous birds and a little hare loping off into the forest.  As usual with Argentinian national parks there are plenty of cattle grazing, bit of a joke this whole park business but at least there is some effort to protect the trees if nothing else.  All a bit half-hearted really.
