Left Picton in the rain and drove in the rain for about 10 hours to Hokitika.
We stopped off en-route at Tauranga Bay to see some seals, they were quite close and there were baby ones aswell, ahhhhh how sweet. We then carried on driving before stopping at Pancake Rocks were there are loads of rocks that look stacked like pancakes and other rocks jutting out of the water, was actually pretty cool.
I get very annoyed as it is so hard to explain all the things that we see and the photos just don't do things justice.
Arriving in Hokitika we put up our tent and froze, the nights are very cold down here.
