Arrived in Kiev which is quite different fro Lviv. A bustling city with lots of activity. Went to independence Square and shopping mall. Unfortunately this was all I was able to explore as I became ill. Will have to go back is there is more to see. Quite an expensive place for lodging and not a alot of hostels - the one I stayed at Kiev Backpackers, I can't recommend to others.
