A Quick stop for petrol and we were on our way to windy Wellington. About a 5 hour drive one of the longest we've done yet. We tried a hostel but were turned away so it was on to Base Hostel where we got a 4 share room. We chilled out the first night and checked out the bar not much happening so it was off to bed to save our energy for a big one the following night.
That day Clive and Conor went to see if there were tickets for the David Beckham game (LA Galaxy v Phoenix Wellington) Bingo they were on sale. So after this we went to the Cinema to find out what Clive was missing in Heart break Kid that the other three wouldn't shut up about. Turns out not much.
So back to Base to relate the good news about David Beckham coming to see us. It was late so put the Glad Rags on and headed out on the town
Then the next day we hit the Cinema again not much to do in this place. After this we ordered a Dominos and to say it was a foul disgusting Dominos would be Kind to it. It was nasty, as Dominos go.
The Next day was Craig's Birthday the 1st of December so he was presented with a card and a present of an Advant Calender. He was only too happy. There was another big night on the cards heading to the Base bar and then to The Blish after a few Nippy Sweeties in the Room before hand. On to the Blish, REJECTION. Not tonight boys. That line that sobers you up every time but for a change not for being too drunk but for not having shoes . At the weekend you have to have shoes. What a load of me Swiss. So on to Jet where a lovely bar lady filled our glasses and told us where else was good tonight. On to Coyote. With one Dance off, MR ROBOTIC Clive, took on a pretty good dancer and won it was back to the bar. As the night went on everyone went there own ways. We still don't know who drank Clive's 1 n half ltrs of water on return to the room, do we Craig
Back to the Cinema to see Beawolf in 3D I might add. It was class. But something else happened that day that shocked and appalled all of us. We found out Conor was a FIEND FOR McDONALDs. We hadn't noticed but his addiction was getting out of hand, we had to do something, nothing would work. We had to be more carefull where we brought him, to try n wein him off. Only time will tell what happens to him now.
We bought tickets for the match and went out for an Indian Dinner, Top Notch. We soaked up the atmosphere of the match on the way in where we saw a crazy bum talking to himself and wearing nothing but a thong. We knew we were in for a good night even if we were a little hungover.
The game was class and Beckham didn't disappoint. LA galaxy scored 4 And Beckham scored a penalty with Phoenix scoring only one in Reply. Golden Balls still hasn't lost it zipping that ball around the pitch making it look as easy as eating his dinner.
Doni and Clive headed home and Conor and Craig stayed out for a few scoops, trading there tickets in for beers in the pub beside the ground.
The next day we booked the boat and headed for the south Island. ; ;

. Few brews in the base bar then over to The Establishment or as cool kids call it the Blish. We hit the Bombs hard and what a night. This place can only be described as the Palace of New Zealand. So you know we had a good night. Pure Cheese topped with Lovely ladies. Easy pickings.Then the next day we hit the Cinema again not much to do in this place. After this we ordered a Dominos and to say it was a foul disgusting Dominos would be Kind to it. It was nasty, as Dominos go.

. But everyone arrived home safe n sound. It was this morning that Conor proceeded to make Dinosaur noises towards Donal on the bottom bunk and Craig managed to spill Conors Lime all over the car.
