Sao Paulo is a dive of the first rate, makes Harolds Cross look like the Vico Rd. Decided to bus it out of there quick smart after seeing a group oif inmates in orange jumpsuits eyeing up us crazy gringos like Christmas had come early.
One positive, probably the best feed of the holiday was had in the bus station with tasty pasta cooked right there in front of you, go on the gnocchi, good stuff.
Boarded out Leito, Leito which is basically a bed bus which was going to be our new home for the next twenty odd hours. Most of us managed a quick kip here and there with others totalling a solid 15 hours after some help from modern medicine
Note to the wise, dont ever book the back of a bus on a long journey, after a few visits the toilets stank as in Hullabo Shamoboo Schnell and we were stuck right beside them for the trip. Needlees to say we wont be making that mistake again..
Anyway on to Iguazu next to see some bleedin fallin water, better be worth all the travelling. Also we will be hitting Argentina for the first time, our adopted rugby team because Ireland are bottlers, Go on the Pumas.
PS if we all pitch in a euro we can buy our Eddie O Sullivans contract
Hasta la Vista...
