4th Sept cont.

As time was getting on, we headed back out on the road towards Woodstock stopping on the way to cook dinner by the river. After dinner we drove down the now dark, (with no street lights), scenic road to Woodstock, but after driving for an hour or so we got tired and just parked up next to a lorry at a church and pre-school car park in Hartland. We then settled in, watched a Desperate Housewives and got off to bed.
5th Sept.
We got woken in the early hours by a thunder and lighting storm with some pretty heavy rain and from then on I had to wear ear plugs to drown out the tap tap tap on the roof. The alarm went off around 7am and we both decided to stay in bed a bit longer. So at 8am we got up, had breakfast and then drove over the longest covered bridge in the world, that luckly happened to be next door to where we were camped. After driving back and forth over the bridge we headed south on Hwy 130, then 105, then 102, (they changed the road number so often we gave up trying to figure out which highway we were on and just followed the scenic drive symbol!), criss crossing over the river. With one stop in Woodstock, to use Tim Horton's facilities, we headed towards Fredericton.
