3rd Sept cont.

We then headed back and carried on along the 132 until we stopped at a picnic site for lunch and a little snooze, (we're getting on you know). Back on the road again we carried on losing the views now and then as it went inland for a bit. The next stop was at a view point close to the bridge into New Brunswick that had a 1km walk uphill. It was rather steep most of the way and quite buggy, but the view was well worth it, (even if we only stayed for 1 min as we were getting bugged out). The walk down took a little longer than up but we were glad to get into the van for a breather from all the mozzies. Back on the road, we were soon turning off the main road and heading off out of Quebec and into New Brunswick, (lets hope that we'll have a bit more English speakers and signs from now on). Once across the bridge we drove to a car park we'd heard about that was right by the river and we could park for the night. We then cooked dinner and settled in for the night.
4th Sept.
Got up around 8am, (which was really 7am as we lost an hour coming into NB), had breakfast and then drove round to the Visitor Centre at 9am to get some info. We spent a little longer there than we planned as we used their internet for an hour to catch up on emails.
