Holly and Maria left on Tuesday - were going to wait til mid-week, but no sign of any work, and they were going to be pushed for time to visit Ko Phi Phi and still get to the full moon party on Ko Phangnan at the weekend, so we persuaded them to go.
Played lots of footie with Annan and Assama.
Went for a couple of runs - with Annan running part-way, then hitching a lift on Ob's bicycle/moped.
Keith and Richie upped their training to stupid levels!
