The gigantic Iguacu Falls straddle the borders of three countries - Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay. They are over 3km wide and make Niagara Falls look like a dripping tap. Also the same volume of water flows through the Falls in an hour as through the Thames in a year!
Its all very beautiful, however even Brazilians admit that the Argentine side is more impressive so we havent got anything else to say here really except if you do happen to go make sure you go early to escape huge amounts of middle aged american tourists who are bused in!! Nightmare!! We did manage to do our washing while here and see two huge lizards having sex on a path though which was very interesting, David would have been pleased plus the bird park is really cool although watch out for jealous toucans who peck at your feet - not always good to wear Havianas.
