After the 12 hour days touring Istanbul, I was more than ready for a break so I spent 4-5 days in Bucharest just chilling out. Honestly the city itself wasn't a major attraction, in many ways its just another Eastern European capital - a dull mix of rebuilt communist buildings and a few orthdox churches.

But thankfully it contained something I was sorely missing in the previous two weeks- youth. Precious precious youth. As wonderful as the group was in Turkey, I was by far the youngest member, and after a while that will wear on a person. So my time here was basically spent just going out to clubs, bars, and coffee shops with people at the hostels.
