Well we hopped on a plane in Dubin, Ireland and landed 40 minutes later in very beautiful Edinburgh, Scotland.  The weather was a bit chilly but we had a great time taking in the sights.  We rented a flat with a fantastic view of the castle, oddly enough it was called "Castle View Apartments" weird.  Justin got right into action and cooked up some fantastic meals, one night we had lamb stew and the next we had a very Scotsman like meal of bangers and mash, lets not forget the scotch.  What a great city.

I miss you. I'm happy you've enjoyed Edinburgh - it was the first place in Europe I ever went (in honor of my Scottish heritage). Your blog is wonderful. We will keep checking in.
