You may comment on the lack of whales in the "Whale watching pictures" but that was because my lovely camera was a little on the slow side so I ended up with lots of pictures of the pacific ocean!  Was a great day out though and the whales came really close to the boat.  They are amazing creatures when you get to see them like that.

World Youth Day was another experience.  We managed to blag our way into the Pope's closing Mass out at Randwick Racecourse despite not being official "pilgrim's" (denoted by their gammy orange, yellow and red backpacks which they all seemed to wear wherever they went) and having no tickets.  There was estimated to be about 5,000,000 attendee's and was pretty cool to be there.

The 25th of July was to be my last day at work with Affiliated FM the company that I have been working in since February, but sooner had we made it to the pub at 2pm to start the consumption of alcohol than the boss asked me to come back and temp for a few weeks when I got back from the Coast!  Still got a great session out of them and an Aussie Rugby Jersey which I am sure they will be looking for back!
