13th June Departure to Melbourne for a weekend of madness.  Rugby match is at 8pm on Saturday evening in the Telstra Dome in South Bank!  We spend Friday evening in The Elephant & Wheelbarrow, Saturday before and after the match in PJ's and then the Casino: and Sunday in The Elephant & Wheelbarrow and PJ's (sensing a pattern!)

We stayed in St Kilda's which was a really cool place and beside the sea.  The weather reminded me if home - sunny and frosty cold!  Was actually nice after all the dampness of Sydney. 

Of course we ran into five million Irish people that we knew and felt like that every Irish person in Sydney had departed to Melbourne for the weekend!!  Also managed to blag ourselves into the VIP bar in PJ's where some of the Irish Rugger Buggers were drinking and got a drink bought for us by Bernard Jackman!

So despite the disappointing result of the game we had a brilliant weekend.  Craic was ninety and way to many jager bombs consumed!
