We went to Blackpool today, which is a sea side resort area in England. It's basically a mini Wisconsin Dells along the Irish Sea. It's carny heaven, which is kind of gross to think about, but it was fun! Had the traditional fish and chips for tea (dinner) and rode "the Big One" rollarcoaster, which reminded me of the Wild thing at Valley fair. It was a fun day, it was just missing fireworks! But they did celebrate American Independence day here on the radio! They played the top 12 most requested American songs on the hit radio station here in England which was fun to listen to on the way to Blackpool in Lisa's car!
Lisa's sisters are coming over tomorrow for a barbecue to celebrate the 4th with us Americans! It should be fun!
