Started out in the afternoon, after having used a crane to dismanle MOST of the 3rd deck. We still have the pilot house up there because the crane wasn't big enough. That will come off in Whitehall, NY tomorrow morning, before we get to our first low bridge. We've had to cut off the entire top deck to go through the Champlain Canal - without doing this, our 35 foot boat won't make it under the 18 foot bridges!
