Cairns Part Deux

Ok, just a quick entry for this part as I didn't really do a lot in Cairns. This is mainly because there isn't that much to do there anyway! I went out a few times, but even that wasn't particularly big. It isn't peak season up there at the moment because everyone is racing down the coast to get to Sydney for Christmas. The good thing is that I've been able to work on my tan a bit, as it has been about 35 degrees.....
We flew today down to Melbourne for Christmas and the cricket. First impressions of the city are very good... I think I prefer it to Sydney. We will see! Just need to sort out a roast dinner for Christmas Day now....
