Schoolies at Surfers

So we got an early bus to Surfers on the 21st and got picked up by Harry in Ze German's van. We then hit the beach, which was nice but weird as the high-rises next to the beach leave some places in the shade in the afternoon. We then went and grabbed some food before having a few beers then hitting the beach for a party. Unfortunately, as it was schoolies, it was full of 17 years olds who were ppissed after 2 beers. As a result we didn't have a massive night.
It was worth popping to Surfers for a day, but I'm glad we stayed in Byron for a lot longer in the end!
Next stop Brisbane & the Ashes. Barmy Army!!
