Road trip to Milford Sound

Road trip!!
A group of 8 of us - Lisa, Lisa, Shivvy, Sandra, Kelly, Keith, Ad & I - decided we didn't want to do Milford all in one day as it was too much, especially after a massive night, so we decided to hire an 8-seater instead. What a car!!! It looked like a 'special' bus in truth. We left at 12ish, still feeling a bit worse for wear but luckily Lisa (vet) had us organised and got us on the road. The journey was pretty cool overall, stopping off in Te Anau for a bit of lunch and to buy food for a group dinner. After that, things turned ugly. Mancunian Lisa drives like a nutter, add that to my 1st hangover and we had problems!!! I felt a bit of an idiot but I had to get her to pull over to make myself sick and then get in the front seat (cheers Ad), although some thought it was a conspiracy...
We got to the lodge, had a walk, then some dinner then hit the sack as all power was cut off at 11! More thumbnails ...
