The morning was spent driving mainly, stopping for country walks occasionally to take in the amazing views. One stop was Hobbiton, where Lord of the Rings was filmed. That is its only claim to fame!!
In the afternoon we went did the luge down a mountain in Rotorua, which was qality. Our coach driver, Bodhi, nudged me off the track though... He's a good laugh, and likes to get on the beers too. He's even been out in Sutton, which is a bit random. Its good to get to know people on the bus. I've spoken alot to two girls from Chepstow - Alex and Lisa - who are a good laugh.
The evening was special - we went to a Maori village (Tamaki Village) and they put on a concert, including a live Haka!!! So good! We than had a Hangi (Maori feast) which was class. It was washed down with a couple of jars of Tui, my current fave NZ beer (and it doesn't give me hangovers!).
