We left Phnom Penh for a few days at the beach at Sihanoukville, Cambodia's only port and it's best beach resort, about 3 hours from Phnom Penh. Unfortunately we found it hard to leave (a combination of nice accommodation, nice local restaurants, cool bars and a nice beach with good eservice!) and ended up spending 9 nights there! Aggh well.

We're heading to Siem Reap in the north west of the country tomorrow to see the Angkor temples before getting back to Bangkok in Thailand on Wednesday.
