Calcutta - get us out of here

By the time we got to Calcutta we were all India'ed out! The previous 2 weeks had been tough travelling; Delhi, Agra and Varanasi were tough going and the fact that both of us were sick within a few days of each other in Delhi didn't help. So we spent 2 days in Calcutta looking forward to the flight to Bangkok.
