Today we headed to the Biltmore Estate for a tour of this beautiful castle-like home for George Vnderbilt built in 1895.  We spent about 4 hours touring the house, gardens and winery.

From there we drove to the Visitors Information Center where we boarded a trolley to take us on a tour of Asheville and all the sights downtown and around Asheville.

We found our new hotel and then went out to supper at Longhorn Steakhouse.

Tomorrow we head up the Blue Ridge Parkway to Burnsville to the view the quilts that are painted on the barns in the area and maybe do some shopping in the little town.

Having a great time reviewing about your vacation. Had the pleasure of touring the Biltmore Estate last April. It's beautiful. Keep those posts and pictures coming - they are great. Safe travels and hope to see you soon - maybe Tampa in April?
