Today we left Salina, Kansas and drove to Oklahoma City to see the Oklahoma City Memorial and Museum.

Today left me totally drained.  I knew all about the Oklahoma City Bombing, but to actually view the memorial site and tour the museum was so overwhelming and somber.  9:01 a.m. everything was fine and people going about their business as usual, then at 9:03 am. our world suddenly changed when the Alfred Murrah Building was bombed.  To see all the faces of the people that were killed and especially the little children was overpowering to me.  I hope everyone gets a chance to see this memorial and museum as I think you will leave with a different perspective....just as I did.  Hug your loved ones as you never kow what tomorrow will bring!
