I really think that you should read this whole article right to the very end to see how a Mexican Drug Lord lives - then tell me if you think Mexico is a poor country.. Nobody in Canada does or could live like this..
I mentioned buying some very colourful and beautiful and expensive cushion covers
in my last travelblog.
Now I have bought a painting, this is the first painting that I have ever bought in my whole life.. I may have bought some frame pictures at Kresky's or Woolworth's
back along time ago when I was young and single for $20.00. But this is different,
I have really bought a real painting... It is something that I thought that I would never do..
I think that I may be going crazy...
Note: earlier in this year, January or February, I had the walls painted in my place in abstract art by a painter. Which cost about what two paintings would have cost..
I will have to take pictures of my walls, cushions and painting some time and post them on my travelblog so that you can see the beauty that I am surrounded by in my place.....
I have an intestinal infection right now - that means that I am sick - I seem to get an intestinal infection every year that I am here - I am going to try to do something to prevent getting intestinal infections in the future - like some kind of preventive medication - like Dukoral. An intestinal infection means that I am sick - this never happens in Ottawa, Canada.. .
Below are pictures of the strung up dummies that are blown up in a very dramatic fashion, one by one, on Eastern Sunday, at high noon, in the Principal Plaza of San Miguel.. There are about 25 to 30 of these dummies.. The dummies represent Judas, the Devil and Witches.. They are blown up to demonstrate the people's hatred for Judas, the Devil and Witches.. Also it is a lot of fun... There is one dummy in a wedding dress - that may just be someone that someone does not like...
Below the pictures of the dummiies is some pictures of the Easter Decorations on some of the streets in my neighbourhood. Purple and White decorations. I think that it is a Roman Catholic Church thing, because the same thing is done in Quebec during Easter..
The purple represents the Virgin Mary and the white represents her tears at the loss of her son, Jesus Christ, Our Savior, Who Died For All Of Our Sins.. what does that mean - that all of my sins have been or will be forgiven by God sacrificing his only son to absolve me of all of the sins that I have committed or may commit in my life time - is that like a get out of jail free card - that I will not have to pay for my sins - that sounds like a pretty good deal tp me..
Below those pictures are some pictures of the San Antonia Church, in my neighbourhood, which is the capital of my Colonia, San Antonia, which is named after the San Antonnio church...
