The University of Mexico City (UNAM) is opening a campus in San Miguel
It is only the second city in Mexico, outside of Mexico City, that has a University of Mexico campus. The importance of San Miguel in Mexico, is much greater than its size would indicate. San Miguel is a very important city in Mexico....
Mexico is a metric country..
Yet waist sizes in clothes in Mexico are in inches..
I was at a Costco in Celaya the other day...
Celaya is a larger city than San Miguel...
Celaya is about 50 kilometers from San Miguel...
Currently there are about 10,000 Japenese in Celaya
building a Hondo Car manufacturing plant.. ,
I wanted to buy some shorts in the Costco in Celaya,
but there is no change rooms in Costco, in Celaya..
But since the waist sizes were in inches ' problem solved....
I bought two pairs of shorts....
Golf courses are still measured in yards, not metres..
Football fields are till measured in yards, not metres...
I do not know how or even if soccer fields are measured...
400 San Miguel city garbage containers have been stolen in San Miguel...
They are/were made of plastic. They were bolted to steel poles,
So, some effort was needed to steal them....
And plastic is not very valuable....
However, there is a number of small brick plants around San Miguel,
that fire their brick furnaces by burning toxic waste.
So maybe the plastic garbage container were/are being used
as fuel for the brick plant furnaces....
The statement that "98% of the people spend 98% of their time" doing things
that do not matter" is a very judgemental statement.... Because what matters (is important), Can Vary and Differ From Person To Person. Because What Matters To You.
May Not Matter to Me... And Vice/Versa.......
What Is Important, Is To Determine What Really Does Matter To You.
What Is Really Important To You.......
I am not sure how important writing this travelblog is to me anymore..
It is starting to become more of a chore than a pleasure..
