Arrived at Iguazu Falls and me and the Swedish guy Erik decided to do the Brazilian side of the falls first. It was just easier for us to travel by night bus tomorrow night if we do Brazil first and Argentina second.

The Brazilian cataratas were amazing. There were a lot of tours going on over there too, so we tried to beat the crowds by waking up early in the morning to travel, but we weren't able to do so. We got up and got breakfast in time, but as for catching the bus outside of the hostel, that was the tough part since buses here can be on unreliable time schedules. We eventually got to the Brazilian side and had to wait in line for a bit and we met a Spanish guy from Valencia who travelled with us for the day. Since we all spoke Spanish it was easy to meet other tourists who weren't from England since it seems like the whole town is all English tourists.

Quite simply the falls are amazing. They are tall and one of the best ones in the world according to most. And we were able to walk out onto some planks very close to the waterfall and we got quite a bit wet, but at least my camera was protected enough so that the drops didn't affect the photos. Then we got done a lot earlier than the hypothetical time schedule so we just went into the city nearby since Erik has never been to Brazil and he needed a translator. In the end, he was able to get by with speaking Castellano anyway since most people in both border towns know that they need to understand both languages with the amount of tourists.

We headed back home and Erik cooked a nice pasta meal with some good chorizo. It was nice to have a break from all the steaks I've been having - not to complain or anything. Tomorrow we plan on going to the falls on the Argentinian side and then we're separating ways.
