Where I stayed

Flag of Ireland  , County Dublin,
Tuesday, April 17, 2012

My last stay in Dublin was fast. I got into Dublin very late so I just went to bed the first day and that was it. The second day was a whirlwind of trying to get everything in that I wanted. First, I wanted to shop and get all the souvenirs that I hadn't gotten yet. Furthermore, I also wanted to take a lot of good pictures to capture Dublin's spirit.

I first started off at Trinity College. Didn't want to go see the Book of Kells because it cost money and would've taken more time than I had. But the campus itself was amazing and reemphasized a thought for me. Dublin is old and still beautiful. It's amazing to think of how old the buildings are on campus, but it's still just damn gorgeous. Dublin amazed me throughout in how beautiful it can be - even when modern or just plain classic.

I was also lucky that it was not raining that day, at least not as much as it has on other days. London only rained once, but in Dublin I've had it more often than not.

I thoroughly enjoyed this journey and with the way the flights turned out, I even felt ready to end the journey to go back home. I felt ready to go back into work right away one day after I come back from the trip.
