Merry Christmas! 18 hours till departure!

Well, its less than 24 hours until I leave, and I have gone through all of the emotions...excitement, dread, trying to delay my trip because I forgot to pick up some nail clippers and the only store open today is 7-11...but as of right now, I am still going...
Last night I hung out with my mom, sis and cousin Nic. We each opened one present, and GUESS WHAT I GOT???? My Mountain Equipment Co-op Backpack! Now I don't have to carry my stuff in the garbage bag I was planning to bring (don't worry, it was double bagged, I am not crazy). Its the best backpack ever, even my sister, the master traveller was impressed. Then she helped me pack it (as in she packed it and I watched while eating Quality Street Chocolates).
This morning we opened our stockings, and I got a money pouch and a holder for my camera. Now remember, I will be taking lots of pics, but I am not sure how to download them so you may need to be patient.
One thing that has helped me with this trip has been talking to other people on this site. A special shout out to incrediblelife's profile, a couple from Calgary who are just leaving Guatemala when I am arriving. Thanks for all the help:)
I need to jet, my sister and I are attempting to watch as many episodes of the Office as possible before I leave, and I think we are at the 10th one since 8 this morning. Also on the third box of chocolates, so I will be extremely puffy on the plane....

PS. FYI, my sister wasn't in an accident, she was born that way.
