That was the truly thunderous Foz du Iguacu falls: Portugese when one is on the Brazil side, or Cararates de Iguazu: Spanish when on the Argentina side!

Now the short hop from the relative quietness of the World Heritage site to the Paris of the south or Buenos Aires or BA, a city of some 13 or so million people.

Why am I staying here for 8 nights? Because fellow travellers back home in New Zealand have said that this is a real magic exotic city with plenty to do. I am unlikely to come back to this part of South America so this could be my "oncer" trip.
