So now for the most eagerly anticipated, or feared, part of our trip, working on a goacheese farm for a week. After missing our stop on the bus (which wasn´t that hard to do), we were lucky to be found by our temporary employeers as they picked us up at a gas station. After meeting the rest of the family and being treated to dınner without putting in an hour of work yet, we got to bed for an early morning. The next week we do numerous chores and jobs around the farm including dairy work (Evren was our dairy man), sheperding the goats (David, of course, took charge of this), wood cutting, cleaning, fence building, et al. The family we stayed with was more than generous and treated us to some great meals as did our fellow worker Duna from South Korea (Dinning with Duna is legally trademark and can´t be used without the express written consent of Russell). Anyway, it was one of my favorite weeks yet and I wish we could have stayed longer. But, there are places to go and people to see!
