I am sure we only planned a week in Florida, and here we are 2 weeks later and still haven't left. The part for the RV is still not here but hey we could be in a lot worst places. We are at Grand Lake Luxury RV and Golf Resort. Hummm yes I am loving it. Played 18 holes of golf this morning and had a wonderful time. The three men I played came over and helped jack up the RV so we could unhitch the truck. So we are FREE. I could almost here the truck sign as we drove it off the hitch.
Two nights ago we were at Manatee Springs State Park and at dusk went for a walk around the camp ground. Really pretty under a canopy of Oak trees with lots of spanish moss. While minding my own business out ran an Armadillo. I don't know who was more scared me or the Armadillo but I think we both jumped.
The week has gone so fast and I don't really know where it went. The springs at the state park were amazing a constant 72 degrees 24/7 and clear and clean
We have started discussing renovations for the RV which could be a bad sign or good sign depending on your perspective. We are enjoying having our own house with us and sleeping in the same bed every night. Last night we didn't even need the air conditioning cause it was only 22 degrees C or 75 F.
We have a everything you could ever want here and tonight is Karioke so maybe some good entertainment.

. It is a class 1 spring due to the volume of water that comes out of it. We both went swimming (which took a little doing to get Brent in) and loved it. No alligators so that was a plus. Here a Grand Lake you can not swim in the lake there are just too many alligators. Last night we saw 3 right by the dock. So I must admit I enjoy reading your entries . I am feeling there is a lot of golf happening and very little fishing , When might the stories of clubs and driving ranges be replaced with fish stories? Be thankful you are not in BC . They have decided to name this month junuary it has been so bloody cold. Trout fishing has been excellent . Trolling dry flies, Brent. SO WHERE ARE YOU HEADING AFTER YOU LEAVE FLORIDA?
