Hi Eveyone

So we made it out of the jungle, we are now safely back in Kuala Lumpur.

We had an awesome 4 nights in the jungle. We met an NZ girl on thw way up who was very helpful and we ended up sharing a very colourful guesthouse with lots of character.

First day we went cave exploring and saw lots of fruit bats really close up

Second day we did some hiking and a canopy walk consisting of 9 brigdes up to 60m high and very long and wobbly.

Fourth day we hiked 16km+ to a very awesome spot on the river with cascading rapids and cool clean pools to swim in. Hiking in the jungle is hot and difficult, there are always obstacles like roots and dead trees - lucky for us there was no rain recently so there where no leaches. Plently other insects though.

Every night we ate excellent local food at floating river restaurants, the resort was dry so no alcohol. :o(

Tummy still ok :o)

Tomorrow we are taking a bus to the Cameron highlands

hope everyone is well,

Jens and Brendon

ps. go back to our first log entry for a few pics.
