Happy aniversary Anita and John.

Today was a special day as Rebecca and I were honoured enough to visit the MCG, not only that but to sit in the members stand which is steeped in history. It didn't hurt that SA went on to win the test match and make cricketinig history... glad to have been able to witness it!! It is a massive stadium and it is easy to see why it is considered one of the greatest cricketing grounds in the world.

What started out as a very civilized day didn't take long to fall apart! With full strength beer being served in the members stand, the atmoshpere of a massive sporting event, not to mention being surrounded by 60 thousand other people, its easy to see why. Although we did make a concerted effort to watch as much cricket from the stand as possible, the pub just seemed to keep calling us back. Needless to say after the match the evening continued well into the wee hours. Thanks again to our hosts for organizing the tickets and allowing us to be part of such an amazing day!

First series defeat in how many years.... good times!!! Go SA go!
