We arrived in Phuket to sunshine and humidity - awesome! It is great to be in Thailand. Phuket was just a stop fro a couple of days and for us to get our bearings after the insanity that was india.

We hit a couple of beaches (like proper tourists sporting no tans what so ever - milky!!!) and tried out much of the local cuisine - Think we are going to be big fans of South East Asia.

Initial trials of local transport proved to be surprisingly efficient and cheap. Phuket town is nothing overly amazing but is a good base to explore from and was worth a visit.
