Arriving in Miri we headed right away for Air Asia office to try and book flights and accomodations for Gunung Mulu National Park. We managed to get the last seats on a flight to Gunung Mulu but once we tried to book a room everything  was booked. The only option was a homestay at 20R per person. We booked it and hoped for the best.  Once in Gunung Mulu Park we headed right away for the Deer Cave as we would just make it on time to see the thousands of bats fly out around 5 p.m.  Next day we discover several caves in the park.  Also did a Canopy walk and visited a village on the way to the caves
