Arrived in a very bustling and touristy Iguassu with backpackers arriving and leaving by the bus load. After a quick walk round town we found quite a nice spot with a pool.

WOW, the Argentine side of the Falls is amazing, the Devilīs Throat is a series of plunging waterfalls in a horseshoe shape, that leaves you soaked.  The lookout stretches right over the falls. We walked both the superior and inferior circuits. We then decided that that was not enough walking and did the 7km Marcuco trail to a waterfall that we could swim in, with Wendy freaking out on the trail, as a Jaguar had taken out a kid in the park a few yearīs earlier!

From here our original plans were to go to Resistencia, somewhere between Iguassu and Buenos Aires. After some further consideration we decided to catch the BA bus and get dropped off on a road close to Concordia, from where we will cross the border to Salto in Uruguay.  We narrowly avoided a huge detour, as we were almost sold tickets to Salta, 23 hours in opposite direction!  Thanks goodness we did not fix accommodation etc...
