De Danish guy left the train last night in Minsk so we have the place to ourselves. So we had al the privacy and space to wash ourselves and make a cup off tea in the morning.
Somewhere allong the journey time changed again. We arrive at 9.00 Moskowtime (7.00 in The Netherlands). We can't get the smile off our face. We're really looking foreward to everything! Changing money and using the ATM was no problem at all. The metro system is also very easy. Everything has colours and numbers so it's no problem that you can't read a thing. The metrostations are beautifull We had a hard time finding our hotel. There is nothing that makes it look like a hotel. No sign, no flags no nothing. It just looks like an appartmentbuilding. Our Hostel (tramp) is located in the Tourist hotel: 7 buildings with 5 floors and nobody speaks a word german or english. One our later everything is solved thanks to the help of a man that did speak english. First we wanted to find a place to lunch. The waitress is teaching us some words and she practiced her english. Around 14.00 we see the coloured unionshaped balls of the St. Basil kathedraal for the first time and are our feet touching the red squaire!!!! It Really is amazing. We walk around the Kremlin and plan on visiting it tomorrow. It is bussy in Alexander park, maybe because its holidayseason. Close to the park is an internetcafe where we send our first email We found a nice place to eat and after dinner we don't feel like going back to the hotel. We decide to go and see all the beautiful metrostations. A 20-rides ticket cost 4 euro and a ride ends when you leave the metrosystem. So you can see them all on 1 ride!!!
