Camp Bothin - otoczony wzgorzami z 4 stron swiata, blisko drogi prowadzacej prosto do San Francisco. Trawa zolta i sucha jak w Polsce w sierpniu. Okolice przepiekne! Oczywiscie tabliczka wjazdowa "Welcome to Camp Bothin".
To Jill, dyrektorka campu.
Pogralismy w pare gier integracyjnych. Kolacje robilismy przy ognisku. Mialo to nam dac kilka pomyslow, co robic z dziewczynkami. Bylo pysznie i milo. 20 dziewczyn zalogi, wiec juz pierwszego wieczoru kojarzysz twarze.
Padlam o 9 wieczorem i spalam przez nastepne 10 godzin...
Camp Bothin - surrounded by hills from 4 sites of the world, near to the road providing straight to San Francisco. The grass is as yellow and dry as in Poland in August. The area is beautiful! Obviously we have a banner "Welcome to Camp Bothin", too. I got off the car and about 50 m apart I could see a group of girls on a field. "That`s all our staff, 20 people, and I am not joking" - said Mage to me. They were waving to me. I dropped my luggage under a padio and came back to the group to say hello. In the car I had found out that I was arrving as the last person. everybody else had arrived a day earlier. Though, no one had made as huge distance as I had!
When I was coming up to the group, I could hear someone shouting with a really cheerful voice: "Hiiiiii Bogna!". She opened her arms and when I came over nearer, she gave me a big hug. That was Jill, the camp director. She was warm-hearted and smiled from ear to ear.
We were playing some integrating games and then we had a cookout night. It was supposed to give us some ideas what to do with our campers. The food was delicious and the atmosphere really nice. because we had 20 girls of staff, I was recognizing faces aleady in that first evening.
I went to bed at 9 pm and slept for the next 10 hours...
