The Beauvais airport was located 80 km North of Paris so if I wanted to get to the city, I had to take a shuttle. The only words I can say in French are "oui" and "merci" so I was a little scared if I would manage. Generally things went well and 1,5 hour later me and Hanna were jumping from hapiness to see each other.
Hanna has Polish parents however she was born in Canada, so in fact she is English native speaker (she has very good Polish though). She started talking to me in English, so I automatically changed my thoughts to English, click-click. She was telling me about her trip to Malaga and how she made her neighbours pissed off, as she ran with her heavy suitcase (it included 5 bottles of wine), 6 floors on wooden stairs. She made me hard laugh and I didn`t even notice that we already were about her appartment. Because of situation before Malaga, we had to act really sane and carry my exactly 20-kg luggage 6 floors up as quietly as possible. In the flat I met Hanna`s room mates - Dario and Adrienne. I gave to Hanna half of my stuff from my suitcase, resreshed quickly and we were ready to go to the Eiffel Tower. We bought a French crepe with marmalade around there (Hanna said I had to try it; I couldn`t help but the crepes from Grabowka in Opole are much nicer). We took like 50 pictures of Eiffel tower and a couple of really funny movies when suddenly the tower started to sparkle. I was just like WOW!!! I couldn`t help myself, I had to take another 50 photos hahah. Under the tower I had an idea to set timer and put our camera on the floor, so the picture would include me, Hanna and the hole of Eiffel Tower. It did really come out!
From the other side of the tower me and Hanna saw a few probably Japanese people (their digital equipment was saying that) and a couple of a woman and a guy taking pictures of them. We were looking at them for a little while when suddenly the guy asked whether we wanted a pic of us, too. Hanna was like"If u don`t escape with our camera, why not?" The guy was pretty funny, and like a really good photographer. He lied down on the floor to get the Eiffel Tower with us, and was telling us how to pose. We started talking and found out they were Americans from Detroit, Michigan. We had a chat for a little while and then said "goodbye" to each other. They guy and girl were really nice, however me and Hanna didn`t know what was the relationship between them. A couple, brother and sister, just friends, cousins?? We thought we would never found out as we didn`t think we would ever meet them again, until the next day...
We and Hanna got home just before 1 a.m. and we went to beds almost straight away. We were supposed to have a long Saturday.
