We weren`t able to go to the morning prayer after te party a night before. I was the animator of the group so I couldn`t miss the discussion. However, our parish made us a suprise and took us to croatian folk dance show. It was apparently very interesting as after it was finished, all the audience was clappsing laudly. At 11 a.m. we had a mess and then a lunch in our parish. About 2 p.m. we got to Zagreb. It was our last proper day in the capital of Croatia, we were well tired so decided to relax a bit.
There was brother Alois in our hall during the last evening prayer in Zagreb. I deeply concentrated on my thoughts so when the prayer was finished and we got off the hall, my legs were still shaking.
In the bus we were sitting next to Italians. We had some chat and laugh with them as usually and they took us a cool photo session. In a couple of the pictures we look like in Transsiberian train, lol 01.me, Zuzka and Ola with local folk group

! The Italians from our parish were hosting at the Taize meeting in Milan last year, now they were being hosted. Me and Ola had a nice talk with one of them - Luca, so the journey had just flown.
At 11 p.m. we had a prayer for the peace in the world. I know it may look like we weren`t doing too much apart from praying but it`s not true. The prayers in Taize meetings look totally different that these we attend to churches in our countries. The canons sung there by a choir make you feel chilled and focused on your heart and thoughts. You will not know what I mean until you try it yourself.
At midnight we were celebrating the New Year and wishing each other the best luck. Me and Ola got almost the whole bottle of a good Ukrainian champaigne. After we had finished the bottle and took some pictures with fireworks, we went to the place where we were supposed to have a feast of the nations. Polish group had their time first, we showed the national Polish dance called Polonez and some games. I asked a certain Italian:"Do you wanna join?", "Sure!"- he answered quickly so we jumped on the dancing group. After us the show must have gone on, so it came time for Italian, German, Slovenian and other groups. Me, Ola, Zuzka and Ukrainian Oleg went to drink the wine we had bought a day before. We took some random photos there. The music at the party was so good that when I wanted to drink something after crazy dance with German Tobias, I turned back and was dancing further. The party would have been continued if the organizators hadn`t told us at 5a.m. to go homes. Yeah, it was one of the best New Years parties I`ve ever been to:D. Good job, Klostar Ivanic!
