We went into Leon this morning to have my new chain installed, didn't get on the road until about 2 and headed for this town.  We got in just before dark and pulled off the through street down a roughly cobblestoned street towards the centro historico, which is always our destination.  We found our way to a small square in a modest neighborhood, and pulled up to an outdoor taco stand in front of an internet cafe.  We had maybe the best tacos of the trip - choices of carne asada (beef), pollo (chicken), chorizo (sausage) and tripa (guess), I opted for 2 each of the first 2, with fresh guacamole sauce and a Coca - excellent!

Then we asked where the zocalo was - 3 blocks down - and came to a very elegant, upscale square surrounded by shops and hotels.  Got a nice room right on the zocalo and rode our bikes into the courtyard - cool!  The town is a popular weekend destination for Mexicans.  It's a very pretty town.
