Hello there. Ok so I've been here for 2 weeks now and we've managed to find a place in Coogee - just 5 minutes walk to the beach. Awesome. Our landlord is an old Lebanese guy who was living in the flat before he rented it out for us. He just can't seem to let it go. He's always mulling around emptying dustbins, cooking for the lads upstairs, investigating the brickwork (it was recently renovated) and making sure we're ok.

The flat itself is lovely. Wooden floors throughout and massive bedrooms with such luxuries as wardrobes and drawers. It's so nice not to be living out of a bag for a while.

Job-wise, I'm still looking but I really need to get one very soon... The money situation is getting rather desperate. I had an interview yesterday so I'm waiting for feedback for that. Fingers crossed.

I am well aware that there are still plenty of entries missing. The internet here is expensive so I really can't write them until I get some cash flow but I haven't forgotten about them. You will soon be bombarded with new entry emails don't worry.
