Question of the Day:  What the heck does 'Motorcycle Colors Not Allowed' mean?
Cultural Experience:  Ate lunch at an Arbys with a small casino in the back
Observation:  The drive between Rapid City and Sioux Falls SD is like driving around Ritzville for 5 hours at 80 miles an hour.
On the iPod:  Not much of anything today...not sure why that is.

Welcome to America's Heartland! You didn't know if looked like Ritzville? All the neat stuff is at ground level, so it's hard to find. It doesn't stand up and knock you over like the Tetons or the Crazy Mountains that you passed on your left while buzzing by Big Timber in Montana.
'Motorcycle colors': The bar owners don't want the bikers wearing their affiliations on their backs, or heads, or sleeves. Too much testosterone and road rage can lead to conflict.
I should have let you know I was in Omaha--you could have driven south a few miles and we could have sat by the Missouri and watched the Big Muddy role by.
