Hi everyone! just want to let you know that I safely arrived at Newark last night and went STRAIGHT to the bachelorette party! I cannot say so much right now because I am using my cousin's laptop and we will be leaving soon to watch a girly movie - "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2"! Kinda sad that I have not yet seen the first movie! But it's all good. I'm right now chillin at Clark! Here is what happened yesterday!
The trip from LAX
Woke up at 5:45 AM from everyone because they woke up earlier than me (especially my brother who woke up at 4 AM)! We ate breakfast and watched TV until the taxi mini-van came to take us away from the house to LAX. All of the luggages and everyone fit in the van, but I had to sit on the side (without chair) since I was small to fit and we brought so many luggages. Remember, 1 bag per each person plus 1 carry on per each person and we had 6 all together. Once we were at the ariport, the check in was quite easy. There was no need to check in bags and us because we already did online the night before. Security check went well. Lola had to be searched because of her pacemaker and dad had to be checked from metal detector several times. Boarding time got delayed for a bit, but it was all good. Taking off is pretty scary and loud since we were all sitting at the back of the plane but it was grand! Most of family didn't sit togther. Upon take off we passed by Dockweiler beach which was funny because I was at that beach the day before we were leaving to NJ! I saw a couple of planes taking off from the beach and I joked to my friends that the next day...I would be in one of those planes! Anyway i was excited topoint out LAX and the 405 freeway! Also the 210...5...134...210...and 2 freeways! I was sitting near the window that's why! Was able to take pictures along the way! It's amazing to see how small a freeway. airport. house. car and sailboat are from a flying plane! Flight took 4 hours and 30 minutes! Lunch was free! hooray! i was excited to see all of my relatives and cousins again!
Once the plane slowly began to lower down towards NJ...I saw the Statue of Liberty (sign of welcome) and the Empire State Building in NY! It was magnificent! And then we finally arrived! Baggage claim took several LONG minutes to release all of our belongings and then uncles picked us up! Took a while to get to my cousin's NEW and huge house! And once we arrived we went straight to my cousin's bachelorette party!
