The plane doesn't leave until this afternoon, but it's time to set up the travel blog so my children can see where I am.  Breakfast is eaten, bags are packed, music is loaded in my media player, and books are in my carry-on for the flight.  I'll finally be getting a chance to read Ted Dekker's trilogy-- well, at least books 2 and 3 of the series, since book 1 wasn't at the thrift store.
I'm dressed in layers, but still unsure, despite research, whether I should be prepared for a chilly mountain climate or a warm Mediterranean climate.  I seem to be finding conflicting information.  So I think I'm prepared for either.
I'll be traveling with a tour group led by Jim Herzog.
