It's getting pretty late here, and it may be our last night with internet if we move on tomorrow, but I'll have to settle for a quick run-down. Let's start with our near run-in. I'm surprised the Scottish police didn't pick me up, as I was snapping pictures all over Eden Court Theater, not realizing that Prince Andrew was inside having a visit at Inverness's brand new entertainment complex. That explains all the Land Rovers and men in suits outside.
We took a quick train ride to Beuly and back, looked at the train station, and had an all you can eat 'carvery' or buffet with sliced meat, at the Maple Something Hotel. Being from Minnesota, I can't get the name Maple Grove out of my mind, but I know that wasn't it.
We walked all around Inverness Castle and crossed the River Ness several times.
